In addition to her spiritual work, Mel is also a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant and brings the lens of inclusivity in all aspects of her craft. As a first generation Canadian of Haitian descent, Mel is familiar with how your identity can impact how you navigate and experience the world and the importance of shining brighter than the darkness that can surround us.


Her background and experience has naturally geared her down the path of helping those around her to grow and recognize their own internal power in order to reach their life’s potential. 

Her diverse life journey and complex professional experience make Mel a unique expert capable of providing an essential intersectional perspective on understanding organisational challenges and the obstacles employees face.


Having worked in sectors as varied as government and private, Mel has gained a deep understanding of the nuances and dynamics specific to each field.


This extensive experience has exposed her to a variety of organisational contexts and cultures, enhancing her ability to identify and address issues related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Mel offers a holistic perspective that encourages a proactive approach to implement significant changes in equity and inclusion across all sectors, prioritising a fair and physically and physiologically safe work environment for everyone.

1. Facilitation Sessions:

We develop and execute customised facilitation sessions to address the specific needs and challenges of each organisation, ensuring a tailored approach to support their objectives.


Utilising engaging and interactive methods, we promote active participation and deeper understanding of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles. Infusing sessions with an inclusive lens, we draw from diverse cultural perspectives and personal experiences to enrich discussions, fostering a more comprehensive and inclusive dialogue.

We design and deliver training programs covering a spectrum of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) topics, including cultural competency, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership, through comprehensive curriculum development. Employing a variety of training modalities such as workshops, webinars, and e-learning, we accommodate diverse learning styles and organisational preferences, ensuring effective and engaging learning experiences for all participants.
