If rescheduling is necessary, clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This policy allows for flexibility while respecting the time of both the client and the reader.
Clients are expected to join the video call on time. If a client is more than 5 minutes late without prior notice, the call will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
